Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into databases and systems with high accuracy.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in data to ensure consistency.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Organize and manage electronic files and records.
- Perform regular data backups to prevent loss of information.
- Review and validate data for errors before submission.
- Assist with data cleanup and migration projects as needed.
- Follow data entry guidelines and compliance standards.
- Generate reports and summaries from entered data when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Basic understanding of databases and spreadsheets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM systems or other data management tools.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
